Написал я как-то по-поводу Первомайской в Минске и переименовании Пл. Ленина в Пл.Независимости и обратно. Сегодня получил вот такой ответ:

Вопрос к знатокам, это окончательно ставит точки над i или наоборот?

А какие тут, собственно, могут быть точки?! Решение о переименовании улиц или станций метро выносит комиссия соответствующего органа городского управления - фактически ГорИсполком. Причем здесь руководство метро?
